1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the XP 777 website at xp777.click, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you enter into a binding agreement with XP 777 and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all services provided by XP 777, including sports betting, PSL betting, live casino, baccarat, crash games, card games, bonuses, promotions and the referral programme.

XP 777 may update these terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Your continued use of XP 777 after any update is treated as your agreement to the revised terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use XP 777 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are registering for yourself as a private individual and not on behalf of a company, agency or other third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on XP 777.

3. Account Registration

When registering an account with XP 777, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and an email address. You agree that all information provided is truthful and that you will keep it current throughout the life of your account.

XP 777 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Registering more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers or IP addresses — is a serious violation of these terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and all bonuses and winnings associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

XP 777 reserves the right to accept or decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and is not required to provide a reason for declining an application.

3.1 Account Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, XP 777 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include providing a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and confirmation of your payment method. The documents required will be communicated by the XP 777 support team. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your XP 777 login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. XP 777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive a message requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to XP 777 support immediately.

All activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified XP 777 in writing that your account has been compromised. 5. Deposits and Payments

All deposits are credited to your XP 777 account balance in PKR with no conversion fees applied by XP 777.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. XP 777 does not charge a deposit fee. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside XP 777's control and are your responsibility.

• Deposits made by Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited within seconds.
• Bank IBFT deposits credit within the same business day in most cases.
• Card deposits are subject to standard bank processing times.

You confirm that all funds you deposit with XP 777 are legitimately obtained and belong to you personally. XP 777 operates anti-money-laundering checks in compliance with applicable regulations. Any account found to be depositing funds of suspicious origin will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

5.1 Failed Deposits

If a deposit you have initiated does not appear in your XP 777 balance within the expected processing time, contact XP 777 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-deposit before confirming with support that the original transaction has failed, as duplicate deposits cannot always be immediately reversed.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at XP 777 can be submitted at any time from the account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no withdrawal fee charged by XP 777. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

XP 777 processes withdrawal requests in the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank IBFT: same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PKT; next business day for requests submitted after.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is approved, XP 777 will verify that:

• Your account KYC verification has been completed successfully.
• The funds you are withdrawing are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements.
• There are no active investigations or holds placed on your account.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available balance after deducting any locked bonus funds.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus at XP 777 carries a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet using the bonus (and in some cases your deposit) before the bonus funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the offer page. Unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bets placed using bonus funds count toward wagering requirements only when using the eligible games specified in the offer.
• Bets that are voided, cashed out early or placed on excluded markets do not count toward wagering requirements.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

7.2 Referral Programme

7.3 Bonus Abuse

XP 777 actively monitors bonus activity for evidence of abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement, and coordinating with other players to exploit referral or promotional structures. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and the account suspended.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed at XP 777 are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant betting page.

8.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only accepted once you receive a confirmation message from XP 777 showing a bet reference number. Bets in progress that have not received confirmation — for example due to a network interruption — should not be assumed to have been placed. XP 777 is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on your device or network.

XP 777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. This includes limits applied to individual accounts where XP 777 determines that patterns of betting present a risk to the integrity of the platform or its markets.

8.2 Obvious Errors

If a bet is placed and accepted due to an obvious error in the odds — for example, a clear technical malfunction that produced an impossible price — XP 777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes to the players' accounts. An obvious error is one that any reasonable person would recognise as incorrect. XP 777 will communicate openly with players in the event of such a situation.

8.3 PSL and Cricket Betting Settlement

PSL match bets at XP 777 are settled according to the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). If a match is abandoned without a result being determined under the DLS method, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned. If a match is affected by rain but a result is reached under DLS, bets are settled on that result. Outright tournament bets (e.g. tournament winner) are settled on the final official result at the conclusion of the tournament.

8.4 Football Betting Settlement

Football bets at XP 777 are settled on the result at 90 minutes of regular time plus injury time, unless the market explicitly includes extra time and/or penalties. Goals, cards and other events that occur in extra time or a penalty shootout do not count for standard football betting markets unless the market description specifically states otherwise.

8.5 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets at XP 777 update in real time. Odds shown on the screen at the moment you place a bet may differ slightly from the odds at which your bet is confirmed due to the speed of price movements. The confirmed odds shown in your bet confirmation are the odds at which your bet was accepted. XP 777 is not liable for bets placed at odds that were visually displayed but had already changed at the precise moment of submission.

9. Casino and Game Rules

Live casino games at XP 777 are supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All live table games are played with physical cards or wheels operated by certified human dealers in licensed studio environments. Game results are determined by the physical outcome — not by a digital random number generator — for live dealer games.

Crash games and RNG card games at XP 777 use certified random number generators that are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the individual game pages and represent long-run statistical averages — they do not guarantee any particular outcome in a single session or short-run period.

9.1 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from a live casino game or crash game during active play, XP 777 will attempt to resolve the round using the last valid game state recorded on the platform's servers. In live table games, the round will continue and be settled normally. In crash games, if a disconnection prevents a manual cash-out before the crash event, the bet will be settled at the point of disconnection only if the platform's server recorded a valid cash-out instruction from your device. 10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on XP 777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not available through the standard interface.

• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using funds of illegal or undisclosed origin for deposits.

• Sharing account credentials with any other person for any reason.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that were correctly processed and reflected in your XP 777 balance.
• Engaging in any activity that XP 777 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or other players.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

XP 777 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• The account is found to be in violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account holder is verified to be under 18 years of age.
• Suspicious financial activity is detected that requires investigation.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• XP 777 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Where an account is suspended for a legitimate breach, XP 777 will not be obligated to return the account balance unless a subsequent investigation clears the account of wrongdoing. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

12. Responsible Gaming

14. Limitation of Liability
